ITT Hub set to open as planned

Following the government announcement on England’s lockdown easing, it has been confirmed that ITT Hub will go ahead as planned on 30 June – 1 July at Farnborough International Conference and Exhibition Centre under the stage 3 guidance.

“We continue to follow the government guidance to ensure that ITT Hub is a safe space to reconnect. We have already put plans in place for opening in stage 3 and therefore our current plans remain unaffected. With 70% of the show outdoors, we can operate with a limit of 4000 visitors per day, across the show site (1000 visitors indoors), excluding staff and exhibitors, at any one time,” commented Mark Griffin CEO, Binswood Media.

There will be a requirement for face masks to be worn indoors, Track and Trace will be in place via the registration process and temperature checks will operate at entrances.

“Unlike some other indoor events, we are able to open under the government guidelines from the current stage. We have robust plans and procedures in place to welcome our visitors and exhibitors to Farnborough. We cannot wait to open the doors on this eagerly anticipated event.”

To ensure the safety of all attendees and smooth operation at the venue, visitors and exhibitors must register in advance of the event, print off their badges and present them at the entrance for scanning.
