CLdN has confirmed that the MV Delphine has now completed her first sailing since the onboard fire incident on 16th April.
The ship undertook the overnight voyage between Zeebrugge and Killingholme after having received authorization to operate at a reduced capacity (6.000 lane metres vs 8.000 lane meters).

CLdN will plan its fleet deployment to ensure that the repair work to take MV Delphine back to full capacity can take place with minimal disruption to customers.
While the official investigation into the precise cause of the fire remains to be concluded, CLdN can confirm the incident initiated from a car unit which had been loaded onboard the ship. From the evidence gathered thus far, CLdN is now discounting a full electric (BEV) vehicle as the origin of incident.
CLdN would once again thank the ship’s crew, CLdN shore teams, the fire services and other partners for their professionalism and dedication in managing the fire and subsequent clearance work.
