TST Group Celebrates Double Accolade at Pallet Track Awards

The TST Group, with locations in Ballymena and Birmingham, recently received not one, but two prestigious awards at the Pallet Track Awards, coinciding with the significant 20th anniversary of Pallet Track.

The TST Group was honoured with the ‘Platinum Service Award’, a testament to their exceptional service levels. To qualify for this award, a 99% service level was required for 12 out of 14 months.

Furthermore, the TST Group was also the proud recipient of the inaugural ‘Pallet-Track Service Quality Award 2023’. This new award recognises comprehensive excellence in service delivery, not only in terms of robust performance but also in continuous service improvement and substantial contributions to the logistics industry.

The national Pallet-Track network, which fosters collaboration among independent hauliers to enhance freight transportation efficiency across the UK, recognised the significant contributions of its members at the gala event.

Marie Claire Reid, Managing Director of TST Group, who accepted the awards, expressed her delight: “We are thrilled to be acknowledged for our contribution to Pallet-Track. This recognition is a testament to our team’s unwavering dedication and consistent success.”

Stuart Godman, Chief Executive of Pallet-Track, commended the TST Group: “Congratulations to TST Group for their well-deserved awards and for their continuous, invaluable support to the Pallet-Track network. Our shareholder gala is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the relentless efforts of our network members over the past two decades.”

Franchise for Northern Ireland

Meanwhile, TST Group has also secured the Pallet-Track franchise for Northern Ireland, a strategic move that fortifies the company’s service offerings across the rest of the UK and Ireland.

Under this partnership, TST Group is poised to offer an array of delivery options ranging from a box to a pallet – next day to more extended delivery timelines, catering to various requirements, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs.

The integration into the Pallet-Track network allows for an expanded offering of palletised freight collection and final mile delivery services, bridging the gap between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
